Makayla Leigh lives in Austin, TX, with her energetic dog, Sitka. She holds a B.S. in Advertising and an M.A. in Strategic and Sports Communication from the University of Texas at Austin. When she’s not writing fantastical worlds and unhinged characters with a charming dash of banter and romance, she’s found at her day job as a social media manager and customer service representative or creating bookish content, where she currently has 11k followers and a viral video with 6M views on TikTok.
