Delia comes from a long line of renowned treasure hunters. When she loses her memory while tracking down a relic and her parents mysteriously disappear, she fights to find what she lost, even if that means teaming up with a stranger who claims to have worked with her before and whose secrets run deeper than the elusive artifact they've been tasked with locating.

Inspo: I’m a huge fan of the Tomb Raider and Uncharted video games, so this work in progress takes a fun, fantasy spin on those.

Kara is certain of two things: her Viper Nova team is the only family she knows, even if they’re a bunch of criminals, and her healing ability comes from the Rift that stabilizes their galaxy—a crime punishable by all means of the Zenith laws. After a mission goes wayward and the Rift breaches containment, Kara and the team set off to find a key that will restore the balance, except she didn’t account for having to trust a new mysterious team member who possesses equally as illegal powers, or getting tossed into a ploy between two opposing sides—triggering a series of events to open a void that threatens to swallow their galaxy whole.

Except the more she explores the deadly flora, the more the lies of her life (and her feelings) unravel.

Inspo: All of the classic dystopians we grew up loving, but the world-building of the Horizon video games gave me inspiration for the world of The Monsters We Become.
